I’m Alison


A mom of 2 energetic boys, wife to my hot husband (he’s French!) and dietitian and functional nutritionist with a crazy-fire-breathing-passion for women’s health. I’ve had the pleasure to work with thousands of women helping to balance hormones, regain healthy cycles, overcome infertility and prep their bodies for successful and glowing (and sticking) pregnancies.

Here’s the truth.

  • “Normal” labs and semen analysis don’t always mean ideal or healthy. Mild hormone imbalances are major contributors of hard-to-treat fertility issues (but easy targets for functional diets and supplements!).

  • Stress is a major cause of failure to conceive. Like, huge. And this goes beyond “feeling stressed out.” Your adrenal glands, cortisol and lady parts are either besties or frenemies - making them get along is a major step in the baby-making direction.

  • Low grade inflammation or undiagnosed autoimmune conditions are often an explanation for “unexplained infertility” - and foods you avoid can be just as important as what you do eat.

  • Diet and supplements can majorly amplify IVF and IUI success rates (which are typically anywhere from 4-40% successful per round). And a comprehensive, personalized diet plan can also mean avoiding these altogether (I’ve seen it so many times!)

Is this right for me?

The Knocked Up Nutrition program is for anyone in any stage of TTC. While the majority of women who enroll in the program have been actively trying to conceive for some time, this program is also appropriate for anyone who is considering a baby in the future and would like to get their body ready. Many women have become pregnant naturally from JUST this program, and others have used this program while also going through medical fertlity interventions for improved odds.

I totally want (need!) to do this, but I just can't swing the price tag right now with all the other fertility expenses. What to do?

Think of this program like an investment - you're spending tons of $$ on fertility treatments, but you want to make sure it's money well spent and not wasted! This program is a teensy fraction of the cost of IVF and less than 1 IUI, so you could be spending a bit to save a ton. The payment plan option is great for those who are needing a lower cost per month option.

How long do I have access to the program?

Although this program can be completed as quickly as 6 weeks, you'll have one year from date of purchase to access the 6 core modules and bonus courses.

I'm really wanting to get started, but I'm currently in my two week waiting period to see if I got lucky with a pregnancy this month. Should I wait to get started?

I recommend starting now and not waiting another day to baby-ready your body. Getting started right away means you're balancing your body and preparing it for pregnancy and supporting your hormones. This program is compatible with pregnancy, and also extremely helpful in reducing miscarriage risk. So I recommend following along even after a BFP.

Can you guarantee results?

I'm the first to admit that changing your diet is hard work! While I can't 100% guarantee results like becoming pregnant and balancing cycles just by signing up, I can say that I am very confident if you follow the program your odds at meeting these goals will dramatically improve. About 80% of my patients and students become pregnant on their own when following the program as prescribed. And of those that need some extra help from science, most are successful on their first round after completing the program (ie first round of femara, IUI etc)
