- Third Trimester (focus on preparing for labor, avoiding Group Strep B, managing uncomfortable growing pains, foods to emphasize during third tri development)
- Transition to Motherhood (For late third trimester ladies - focus on preparing for labor and breastfeeding, nourishing the new mom for healing and recovery)
