This might be you if you’re swimming in diapers or getting your ass literally and proverbially kicked by a toddler. This season is a glorious, sweaty fever dream of post-delivery healing, breastfeeding hurdles, and remembering what day it is. You’re under-nourished, over-caffeinated, or touched out (or all three).

My self-paced course designed specifically for first-time AND veteran moms in the first three-ish years postpartum. Because of the demands of pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and sleep deprivation, this is the most crucial time to take care of your body. early motherhood

 

All your kiddos are 3+.

From preschool pickup to soccer star chauffeur. This might be you if you’re rushing from activity to activity with nothing in your stomach but a stale bar you found in the glove box. Maybe you’ve been at the bottom of the list for years. Your kids can wipe their own butts (mostly), but you still feel drained.

You’re not postpartum, but your body is begging for some TLC. In my group program Mother Reboot, I’ll teach you how to replenish your body after years of depletion and compounded stress. You’re 40ish+ (about 10 years before menopause).

Welcome to puberty 2.0. This might be you if you still have a period but something is different. You might be in either of the other two phases of motherhood, but you’re pretty sure your symptoms are intrinsically hormonal. See also: hot flashes, dry vag, mood swings, irregular periods, and a dormant sex drive.
