This group has awesome mental support and also teaches you about your natural body. Gives you a lot of answers to navigate postpartum and also infertility. Alison is very sweet too! I wish I had found this right after giving birth. There is nothing out there I have found that addresses the post partum period like this program has. I’ve only made what I feel like are minor changes in my diet and routine and have seen lots of improvement. 

My mental and physical well being have improved. I have more energy and less cranky most days. It’s made me more aware of taking care of myself so I can take care of others.

I had followed your IG for a while. I finally decided to try the program after battling high anxiety and creeping depression that I felt like was triggered after my last pregnancy. After just a few tutorials, I  started following the guidance, and within a couple of weeks my physical symptoms of anxiety were gone. I was completely surprised. I had been to the doctor and did blood work and tried some medications with no success. A lot of the information I heard was so simple and easy to implement. I’m disappointed that the medical community doesn’t have a program like this available to all post partum women. I know If I had this early on, I could have suffered a whole lot less.... like 2.5 half years less. I’m just so glad I found it. I would totally recommend your program to others. I feel like I have my own private nutritionist to run things by that normally I would just ignore or sweep under the rug. I’m so thankful I found this program. This program is an excellent, evidence based resource for postpartum women. After your 6 week appointment, there is very little information available about nutrition and hormone health. I was not eating well after my baby was born and I was feeling the effects. I was feeling mentally foggy, exhausted, unable to sleep, and irritable. I felt like I was personally to blame until I started this course and discovered that how I was feeling was super normal. Once I adjusted my diet, I started to feel much more like myself. The resources and support in this program are great and really helped me, I wish I had found it sooner. My health has definitely Improved! I have improved my diet and feel much better

I appreciate how straight forward and easy to implement these suggestions are. At the same time, it almost makes me mad that this isn’t more common knowledge for women/moms! Before starting I was kind of a hot mess even at 3 years postpartum. My body was seriously depleted and this program gave me the tools to rebuild without seeming overwhelming. I’ve found that when I commit to something by paying for it that I’m much more likely to show up and follow through. I was so excited when I found out about your program! It was what I was looking for- a holistic postpartum plan working with an RD!
