“I wish I had found Mother Recover right after giving birth. There is nothing out there I have found that addresses the post partum period like this program has. I’ve only made what I feel like are minor changes in my diet and routine and have seen lots of improvement.

My mental and physical well being have improved. I have more energy and less cranky most days. It’s made me more aware of taking care of myself so I can take care of others.

I finally decided to try the program after battling high anxiety and creeping depression that I felt like was triggered after my last pregnancy. After just a few tutorials, I started following the guidance, and within a couple of weeks my physical symptoms of anxiety were gone. I was completely surprised.
